5 star hotel with 1 star facilities and service
Room view is pathetic; the ones facing the valley are still fine but more than 50% rooms are facing the back side with no view at all and just a wall right behind the room. The balcony is small and not spacious for even a couple to stand there. The activities in the resort are quite boring and infrastructure of activity area is not maintained.

Less than average experience for the money spent
Only one person working in the restaurant is worth the mention-Mr. Jijo Joseph. He was keen to help and had pleasing manners.
All rooms with balconies and good views were reserved for members of club mahindra and you simply waste money there if you are a non-member booking room there. TV sets had only 2 channels working and they did not bother to keep us informed prior that they are working on it. There was no wi-fi connection in the room and if you combine this with heavy rain outside (when you cannot move around), it would make a very boring experience. Food was very expensive and more importantly, was not worthy of the cost paid.
